Abstract

The model of exercise in team sports identifies with the aptitude to repeat multiple sprints, concept known in the international literature as repeated sprint ability (RSA), which has been widely approached in the last years. Equally, the studies that relate the effect of the competitive load demonstrated that the use of the glycolytic metabolism, both aerobic and anaerobic, plays a major importance of which it was thought still now. It study can contribute practical information to fit the of training loads, to know the metabolic situation of every player during the competition and to design nutritional strategies and the recovery of the fatigue.
