Abstract

The intervention was implemented virtually through video training sessions, providing the opportunity to perform lower limb muscle strengthening from the comfort of one's home. The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of lower limb muscle strengthening training on individuals experiencing idiopathic knee pain. To achieve this goal, Kujala and WOMAC tests were employed as assessment tools.

This study focuses on individuals with weekly knee pain and a minimum level of moderate physical activity per week. It was observed that the experimental group achieved a significant reduction in knee pain, along with noteworthy improvements in other aspects such as overall health and perception of quality of life. These findings underscore the effectiveness of the online intervention in enhancing musculoskeletal health and overall well-being in individuals suffering from chronic knee pain.
