Abstract
Arborescent lipoma is a rare pathology that can affect different joints, the most affected being the knee. It is important to keep it in mind in the differential diagnosis of patients with chronic knee pain associated with recurrent effusions without prior associated trauma that required arthroscopic synovectomy to resolve the symptoms.
